On the 8th of June 2013 I requested my funds to be transferred to a PureSave account. I was confidently told it will take up to 7 working days. To this day nothing has happened and now I'm left cashless. I'm being denied the right to access my own funds.
If this is how Standard Bank operates, then I'm left to believe that it's only fair to make other trusting people to know how things operates in that bank.
I'm now in a desperate situation, caused by an institution that supposed to be safeguarding people's funds and teaching them how to save and run finances. This is very bad and deserves to be noted, and I will make sure it get noted.
