Apalling service

My car was broken into the last night of our vacation - June 9th. Among other things was the fuel cap key which I kept in the ashtray separate from the ignition key for fear of hijacking at the fuel pumps. We phoned Outsurance asking for a locksmith en route as we would not make it home on one tank of petrol and I was fearful of driving at night after a near smash and grab a few weeks back. First person said we had to get a quote for a key from the dealer. The second person we spoke to said they would call back, not. AFTER complaining via their website, somebody called, eager to sort out the problem. Promised to send a locksmith to change locks and replace remotes blah blah. Finally the locksmiths called today - they were on holiday last week, and oh, sorry, they don't do remotes. We were notified that the replacement glass was ready. When my husband went to the fitment centre it was the wrong glass, Outsurance provided incorrect info. Today I wanted to speak to a manager about being given the run around. Cardo Martins said he would phone me back by 2pm... Still waiting... And none of the people we're dealing with are ever at their desks, out of office email response.
