Small claim for a faulty thermostat on my car. R3200 or thereabouts. Claim put in as soon as the lines open in the morning so the car can be repaired at the dealer the same day. Dealer techs given the run-around, required to break down and explain every single line item on the quote. This while they have other work to do as well.
Authorisation then only comes through at 5pm - an entire day wasted.
This is really not on. I could understand nitpicking and excess diligence for a R100k claim- but to stuff me around like this for R3200?
