Disgusted at the Dishonesty of Motorite

On the 18th of October i put in a claim for a water pump which is covered by Motorite in my policy. They approved the vehicle that afternoon at 14:00 sent me an sms of approval and sent my mechanic the go ahead in writing with an order number for the part. On the 28th October i sent in a claim for the Radiator - seperate incident. It got approved and a different order number was sent to my mechanic. All work was done and on the 14th of November i get notified by my mechanic that they have now all of a sudden "unapproved" my first claim for my water pump. I am their client first off and i get told by my mechanic, no courtesy call or anything from them. How can they approve a claim and a month later take it back? Then on top of it they are trying to turn me against my mechanic and trying to find any excuse not to pay out. When my mechanic requested an accessor from them they refused to send one out. I have requested all recordings from them as the calls are all recorded and i am reminded about that everytime i phone yet i still have not received any correspondence from them. It is appauling how you are required to pay upfront for the entire motor plan then decide if they will pay.
