I joined Outsurance in February 2013. Every month i phone to ask for delivery of their 'Green Book'. I am totally fed up for waiting and wasting my airtime with such incompetent people. Every month they say the same thing 'i'll be sure to put it in the post'. No swear word will describe how angry and frustrated i am.
I fully intend to cancel this policy.
