Since the beginning of May I have been receiving calls, sometimes three a day, from Standard Bank Credit Card Collections Johannesburg for a Me Snyman. I have told them over and over I am not Me Snyman. I eventually spoke to a male "manager" who phoned me back saying that their records have been corrected and I wont receive any more calls. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. I received more calls from them the same day. I then got the number of Yolandi Field who is also a manageress. (0112274869). after phoning numerals times she eventually answered her phone. I explained to her what is going on and my frustration. I have a small baby who doesn't sleep very well and at least once a day was interrupted by unnecessary phone calls. She assured me that the problem will be fixed. That same day I got two more calls. I phoned her back and she said she sent an e-mail to rectify it. she asked for my e-mail address to forward the mail to me, but up to date I still didn't received anything from her. I'm not even a customer of Standard Bank. I'm still receiving calls for Me Snyman, and its very annoying. surely the bank should investigate this.
