I'm would like to lodge a complain regarding one of your service consultant (Nozipho Myeza) I came to your office early this morning to seek advise regarding my policy cancellations, I was confronted with rudest utterance of another order. Nozipho told me that she cannot help me because the office is not open yet, fine. Yes I was early since your notice board indicates that you guys open at 9 O'clock today. Helpful lady by the name of Nokuthula took my details and she assured me that I will get a call notifying me the word forward.
When the same Nozipho called me, she told me that I need to go the office the following to sign and provide proof of resident letter, fair. I then asked Nozipho that I was there on Saturday, I was told that the person responsible for such task is not available. I then told her that why should I be subjected to unacceptable and unfair customer treatment?
I mean I was there on Saturday to address the same query and the responsible consultant was apparently not available for the day. Now, how does that become my problem as a customer. Besides, if old mutual is preaching great customer service or they are adopting a customer service centric
