I have a Funeral Cover (1008105579), made a claim via Key West Branch on the 14th of June 2013. Email all supporting documents to [Email Removed] I was told it takes 48hours.

Tuesday 18/06/2013 called the branch, given an 0860991991 number to call, refer to another number 0860101202 option 3 forever engaged, left messages on the voice message machine. still no feedback.

Call the same number numerious times, not choosing options, get through the consultant, told that my policy is prior 2004 it belong (Liberty Life) to option 3. why this information was not communicated to me.

Its more than 48 hours, am suppose to pay Funeral Parlours, and frustrated and this is happening for the second time (With my mother passing i had to go to JHB offices for a claim to be paid).

Please help.
