Funeral policy claim

I went to FNB branch in green stone on thursday to open claim on my funeral cover (fp00000093301) I signed the form but the was one outstanding document tht was not there if which i was assked to send it the following day (friday} 26 may and i did a follow up with person who gave me the email (tebogo) to find out if she recvd the doc and she confirm tht she did recvd the doc . on monday (06 may) the following week around 16:45 I phoned fnb call centre to find out about the status of the claim and I was suprised whn the consultant told me that the is no claim submited by the branch and I want to know from the branch manager in greennstobe why the claim was not submitted because we have to do funeral arrangement in eastern cape . why fnb staff are so incompitent?
