I lost my credit card on Sunday in Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria. I realised at 7pm that it was missing and I called the lost card division to cancel my card. I was on hold for 40 min, the tried another number and was on hold for an hour. This is unacceptable.
Fortunately, i tracked my last transaction, and the store had it.
In a month I am travelling to Europe, what happens if I need to cancel my card, it wont happen.
I'm very unhappy.
