If this is the attitude of senior managment

So finally we managed to get hold of a "senior manager" Rita Chamberlain - maybe I should have asked her to verify her credentials?? I get an email from Sicelo at the Service Recovery Unit of Standard Bank when after what is now nearly 3 months we still have no answer on our home loan application. It is declined because they are "unable to confirm bank statements and employment". They have our bank statements, they have our payslips, they did not at anytime contact ANYONE in the office to verify employment, how do I know, there are only 5 of us that work in the office. If they did not phone the office to get the info needed what are the chances they phoned the bank like Rita "tried" to explain they supposedly do? Why ask for our bank statements and payslips if they mean nothing. I challenge you to pull a call log off your phone system and see if they phoned either our office or Absa Bank. You did not follow procedure as you claim plus you have no moral dilemma in lying at the drop of a hat... fantastic! Tata Standard Bank - we have set up appointments with the other banking institutions.
