Not fulfilling obligations as agreed with Client

Requested a change of contract to existing homeloan. paperwork done with an Absa employee at Woodlands branch, who subsequently lost the paperwork, now almost 4 months later, absa are demanding money. tried contacting absa on 012 442 1849, but of course you do not answer you're calls.

should we go the legal route?
