It has now been 3 weeks. I was contacted and told that the problem has been sorted out. On Saturday I went to the Festival Mall Branch to re-sign documents, as advised by the Head Office. The lady I was to see Tandeka, was not in. The chap that was there was reaaly confused as he could not find my papers. Eventually he did and I signed. Apparently the manager was not in either. I was told that all is now in order.
On Saturday I received a call from a gentleman, confirming that he wanted to confirm my details and that he would be processing the loan.
It is Tuesday, and guess what? No funds no call, nothing. This is now bordering on the ridiculous! The bank is quick to take their money, but not so quick with the most important thing- clients service. I am really very disgusted with this whole scenario and see from the complaints that I am not the only one. Its time someone kept to their word, and sorted this out today!
Why must we be treated like second rate citizens just because we applied for a loan? Not on!
