FNB Giving Me A Bad Credit Record

I am utterly disgusted in the service I have received from FNB. My iPad got and I settle the amount still outstanding to FNB. I went to to Dot store in Centurion on Saturday to find out if I could get a new device only to be told that my personal loan was in arrears. I then call the call centre to find out what is going on, as the debit order goes off my account as soon as my salary gets paid in (not the agreed upon date)! They told me that my DDB account has been paid, however they have not credited the loan. I am now left with a credit rating that says I have not paid because FNB is quick to take the money for the loan, but not very quick to allocate it. The Dot store referred the query, as they agreed that this is ridiculous and said I would have feedback by Tuesday afternoon. Only now to be told that the guy is on leave and I cannot get feedback until he is back. Live by your motto FNB, cause I really don't feel like you can help me!!!
