No follow up's on complaints and bad service

1. I ask for an adviser for Unit Trust after an investment that i made. I was losing money everyday and ask for advise. They said that i must leave my money in that same fund until a expert wil phone me back. I am stil waiting for the expert after 3 Months and lost about R 20 000. They wil never call you back
2. My credit card expired and still did not recieved my new one, after I called them, they said they tried to call me once and could'nt get hold of me. That is true but them they just leaved it after one attemp with no voice mail. I called them several times and have to arange the delivery my self.
3 . I maid a complain and recieved an sms with complaint number on 25 May 2013 and had'nt recieved any feedback since.
4. I applied for a second home loan. First one is at SA Homeloans. They declined me because i am only working for commision (earning up to a mil rand a year) i said i can only give them one year fin statements because i changed from companies, they dont want to reconsider it with that attitude. I wil recieve
full amount of the bond monthly out of rent. I have a clean record on my name and is n platinum banker. they forced me to change to another bank.
