Still waiting for a refund on my homeloan

I completed my payment on the homeloan that was granted by f n b, they continued to take the instalment despite the house being paid in full of which they acknowledged the mistake iwas then made to believe that the excess money will refunded round bout january even today the money is not refunded its been six months, if no action is taken i will refer the matter to the banking omsbud since i owe fnb nothing.

This is a for the bank which claim to be the most innovative in South Africa wat a shame
