They tried to wrongly debit my account, the debit returned, i phoned them and explained that i don't owe 8ta any money, they contacted 8ta and found out i was right. they arranged for an apology letter which i still haven't received and now they debited my account again. if you have incompetent staff get rid of them and get competent staff, they are now going to get a phone call with extreme obscenities... how on earth can a company just take money out of someones account without checking, which they admitted to me they do on assumption that the company they are collecting money for does have permission. surely this is and should be treated as such?
