I've complained about Standard Bank before. They came to the party. Refunded my money. Refer to my previous online complaint about Standard Bank for full details. On the June, they went and did exactly the same thing. Debited my account. I realise it is automated, BUT WHY I ASK HAS IT NOT BEEN CANCELLED SINCE NOVEMBER LAST YEAR WHEN THE AGREEMENT WAS SIGNED?

The result was my last funds I had to pay for travelling and accommodations in Bangkok was. Red face not able to pay 2 nights in hotel. Slept in front of Royal Palace in Bangkok Central. Walked 3 and half hours to Victory Monument in Bangkok for interview. No money. Did not eat for 3 days, by Friday I was weak and ready to come back to SA. I had no money to get taxi to airport. What I had to endure I have witnesses, hotel porters took pity on me, kept my luggage. A lady on Friday night when I slept in front of their shop gave me 500baht and 4 bottles of water for the night. I was humiliated. Standard Bank, can you explain why this had to happen to me? Is this grounds to sue you? I have every related paper plus you're emails. No, dont tell me I could have asked people for money, why? I then had money in my account?
