27 May I sent a mail to my dedicated Prestige Banker Laura Dingwall asking her to please send me the contact details of the Small Business Loans Manager. She never responded! Instead I received an automated response to call a 086 number. I tried to set up the appointment with her and was told it was the incorrect person. It took me 4 days to get an appointment with Odwa Nabe. As I arrived for my meeting Ms. Dingwall was talking to Odwa, she never greeted or acknowledged me. This my "Prestige Banker" who I have personally met in the past. I met with SB as well as 2 other banks regarding my requirements. This morning I mailed Ms. Dingwall, informing her that I was closing my Market link account, and of my intent to have my and my life partners personal and business banking all at one bank. I informed her of monies due to the account and that I would be making my decision next week sometime once all banks had gotten back to me. I received NO automated response, however, my phone within 45mins after the mail was sent. Ms Dingwall has only contacted me twice! Once to ask me to put more money into my market link account, and today! Is this how you care for your customers?
