NO COVER - AFTER THERE IS DAMAGED ITEMS

I submitted a claim with XINIX & the satisfaction that I got from them was very bad service received.
i paid my premium and received a report from the supplier to advise (electrical Surge) this can be as a result of lightning or powersurge. they then advised me that i will have limit cover of R3000.00 where my PC is R17000.00 when desputed with them they advised that they agreed to R3000.00 limit cover no where stated on my T&C's which I feel should be mentioned. I have logged a call with the ombudsman as well. but would like this matter to be resolved & my claim to be paid in FULL. this is an error from their side not stating limitations (which is a big part of NON disclosure!!!)
