Being debited while I cancelled my policy 2006

I took out a policy in 2005 and I called in their Call Center to cancel my policy in 2006 . After 8 years your guys are still debiting my account I called this morning to found out why is my account still being debited, I was answered by an incompeted consulted who told me no reason and also tell me there will be no refund for my money which they took from my account. She futhur refuses to forward my call to a senior manager who will give me a proper answer. I NEED MY MONEY AS IN TODAY OR YOU WILL FACE MY LAWYERS.
