I went to standard bank to re-instate my saving account, i asked the consultant who was helping me if my funeral plan was still debiting because i knew my account wasn't consistently active? & the Guy said no the policy had lapsed due to none payment of monthly premiums, however he advised me to call the insurance department should i need to re-apply. i didn't call them cos i didn't need it any longer. funny end of the month (May) the debit order went through from my account... i am very unhappy with the service i am getting from Standard bank!
