Poor service

I sent in a claim for a motor vehicle claim on 3 June 2013. I have not heard back a thing and followed up today, only to be told my premium had not been received, when in actual fact it had go e through my account on 1 June. I then called my consultant, Melissa Africa who confirmed my premium had been received and she would inform Stacey. I have not received any further communication.where do I go?
