I have now for the past 3 months trying to register my Business E Bucks card and to make use of the available e bucks credits, but is at this stage not possible.

We have phoned at least 4 times from my FNB Branch, [Zambezi Montana] and spent - 20 minutes per call with NO actual solution and also with NO reference number

The problem is apparently according to e bucks Conroller that the FNB IT have changed some or other setting and both parties cannot source the problem and therefore can no Business E Bucks cards be activated, they also confirmed that this problem has been with them for more than 3 months and that FNB cannot solve the problem, possible solutions is some time in the future, they do not have any time table

I think the the MD of FNB now take note and also take responsibility for the problem and solve it ASAP, human kind sent satellites to Mars, what can a small IT glitch take to solve??

E Bucks in the meantime request the clients to conduct purchases on their normal cheque cards, e mail/or fax the receipt to them and they will then refund the cheque account, this is absurd!

FNB advertise in media that e bucks is an advantage, at this stage more an frustration
