Promise not kept

On 20/05/2013 i ordered a samsung s4 from fnb online. i had no response to let me know if the appicaltion was approved so i called on the 24/05 and was told that my appilcation was approved on 21/05 and my phone would be delived to me in 10 days. Today is the 12/06 and i still dont have it. i have called the call center only to be told that i must hold on so they can check but while im on hold my call gets cut off. This is not service i want from a bank that asks how can we help u.
