On Friday the 18th January I called to outsurance due to my problem of a burst pipe.
I was told I'd be sent a claim number as well as their plumbers will contact me and come assess and fix the damage as it was an emergency.
I have heard nothing, and due to the nature of the problem, I had to get somebody else to fix it at extra cost.
I pay my insurance monthly without fail as I have for 10 years and find this lack of service completely unexceptable and very disappointing
