My 3-month old Samsung Galaxy fell and the screen cracked. Within an hour of calling 24 Hour Mobility, Thulani had mailed me the documentation and my phone was collected the following morning by RAM Couriers. I was at first very apprehensive, after reading reviews on Hellopeter, but I have honestly been very pleasantly surprised. I received my (good as new) phone back from them today, exactly 7 days later. Throughout the repair period, Thulani was in daily contact with me by email, sometimes up to three times a day, in order to keep me updated on the progress. Thankyou Thulani, 24 Hour Mobility and Finrite for amazing service. Just goes to show, you can't always judge by bad reviews. Guess people more readily post bad reviews, but good experiences are not often reported.
