I bought a Samsung S4 in May 2013 through the FNB smart device promotions. the phone was perfectly fine until in September when it started switching off randomly and making a rattling sound. I phoned FNB and I was advised to take my phone to a Samsung approved repair center, I took it to Darro Electronics in Boksburg on 14 September 2013, Tel: 011 894 7217/5485 . every time I call I am told that they are waiting for spares. it is almost 3 weeks now. this is frustrating as I do business with this phone. I called FNB on 02/10/2013, spoke to Sharon Shinda, call ref: RI 131 002 28528 who said they will try and get me a loan phone but they cannot promise me anything! I am frustrated by what was supposed to be the best purchase and I am frustrated by the feeling that FNB is not keen on assisting me on this matter... please asssist
