I requested feedback (11 June 2013) on my cover, as I had dropped my iPad and cracked the glass.
I was told that the forms, etc would be emailed to me during the day. I have thus far received no communication from Outsurance.
Also, I would have assumed this info could have been given to me telephonically.
Very disappointed with Outsurance - I have been with them for several years and I am considering other insurance companies.
