Lackberry 9300 online purchase

Purchased a blackberry 9300 online in february 2013 and received the phone on 23 feb 2013, a week later the schol button started freezing and would not work for days then come right and so forth, reported it to fnb and invoice was sent dating decvember201e, got correct invoice 3weeks later, phone taken into cellc and got it back saying physical damage, now they don't want to fix or replace it, phone was sent in for scholl button and no signal, how can that be physical damage and the phone was returned and its loose, this is unacceptable, I would never recommend anyone to purchase a phone on line from fnb... extremely upset and dissatisfied customer, fnb is definitely not what I expected.a phone that not even 4months old and fnb claims its physical damage and worst of all it gets returned and everything is loose inside, I want this sorted out by today or I will be forced to take further action as this is definitely not what I expected from "MY bank"
