I have made numerous calls to ABSA legal collections and they have promised to come back to me with promised dates on the feedback I need. I spoke to many persons until 11-6-2013 when I spoke to Dharshan Ramdas, the Supervisor/Manager who promised me feedback around 1pm, which obviously didn't happen. All I want is a final settlement on my account after I was referred to the whole of ABSA and promised an email with the information. I would love to pay as I was harassed numerous times to pay the account, but now that I want to settle, everyone is MIA. If I do not get feedback before end of the week, I want my account cleared. I cannot deal with incompetency!
