I have caled creditworx offices on the 23/05 to arrange that they debit the amount of R1042.63 as per instructions that it was my last outstanding payment. The lady accepted my request, come payday an amount of R1000.00 was deducted. I contacted the offices on the 27th if not mistaken to check why the account was incorrectly debited and i was informed that the account is closed i need not to worry. On the 06 June i got an sms that i need to contact creditworx i did and they told me it was a mistake my account is closed. Today 11/06 i got an sms that i need to pay R180.00 due on the 25/06. What the is going on because im not a puppet to be sent from pillar to post with no valid reasons as to what happened to the account. I spoke to Gladys at about 13h40 on the 11 June 2013 and she tells me she does not know... this is nonsense. I need someone to contact me with a solution not with the i dont know answer... I expect an answer to this very urgently.
