All i wanted was my policy documentation for my car, household and top-up insurance cover. I have asked for the same information more than two occasions but received no email even after confirming my email address. The last person i spoke to was a Senior Consultant called Verner and he called me saying he is emailing me as we spoke over the phone on Friday and i waited and waited till i told him to hang up maybe i will get the email. Now how am i going to have peace off mind i am covered adequately for all my policies and any terms and conditions that i must adhere to?
