Struggling with Orion Provident Fund

I resigned from the company I used to work for along with my husband, his payout was finalised after some enquiries and definitely not within 21 working days. Some of my paperwork still needed to be finalised and after sending them everything they needed the person working with my case still hasnt received any more feedback or confirmation as to when it will be finalised. It seems every time there is something else, and as soon as its been clarified my case just goes back in the line again. I have tried phoning myself but I cannot afford to waste airtime anymore as I dont get through.

I would like to get an update on what's going on, even if the individual on Old Mutual's side could just get back to the person handling my case as soon as possible. I understand there is only so much she can do, and the complaint is purely from my side, NOT from her or her employers.

I was exited from the system on 31/7/2013 already and if there is anything outstanding (which I was told there isn't) I would like to know about it today. I dont like dealing with it in such a manner but it seems to be the only option.
