My company needed six months bank statements printed by the bank for a BEE application, First National Bank wishes to charge us R20 per page, this would cost us in the thousands. This in my opinion is a absolute ripoff, is it enough we have banked with them for decades, and one simple request has them raping us in charges.
I am highly disgusted the banking industry today has no morals and gets way with these ridiculous charges, I will be following this up with every outlet I can, from consumer protection to the Competitions board. Something cant be right with this. Even 5* hotels charge less for colour photocopies.
