On 16 May I was a victim of debit card. I went to the bank immediately to sort this out. I was put online with the department handling these problems. i was told that they would call my on Wednesday 22 may. rather i got an sms on 22 May saying the investigation would take 10 working days. these days gone by and on the 11th working day i phoned the department again. only to hear that i must wait till 11 June again! well its 11 June and i still didnt get my money back, almost a month after the incident i lost alot of money and i cant even buy food because of this taking ages. if i call the helpline involved with this department i wait an average of 15min before anybody helps me and this cost alot when you are calling fron a cell. its like my money isnt important to them accept when they need banking costs. also they dont think that people need money to survive! i will never use Standard bank again!
