Applied for Credit card machine on 4th June 2013, for new retail store (Cash Crusaders) in ermelo. Opening day marked 11/06/2013. No installation, no service no feedback... pathetic!!! Cant open store due to credit card facilities not available. Phoned Tasnima Boolay aprox 7 times to get a reply. No reaction or feedback on messages left. No answer on her phone. I need answers!!! NOW!!! If I had a choice I would never do business with these people again. Waste of precious time and energy! Communication between Absa Ermelo and Tasnima Boolay is non existant! What do they do all day???
