I have written a report before on this page giving the detail of my motor vehicle damage by the workshop that you have selected to have my car repaired. I was a customer of Outsurance until I got a call from you giving me a better quote because I have an RA with you. Since my first report, absolutely nobody from SANTAM has assisted me. I have been dealing with the repair centre directly, Junior Shaw and Eric the manager. I was even asked to write a motivation email stating why I need a car hire when my car is going to be repaired on the damages caused by the workshop itself.
I have been stripped of any dignity I had left from the "no service", "no response", not even a smoke signal at all from SANTAM. Why should anyone want SANTAM as an insurance provider? You promised service delivery and you have gone against your contractual agreement with me, your client. I want this matter fixed immediately so I can change my insurance provider. I refuse to field any calls from the auto repair shop who gives me all the just to cover their backs. I am done, fix my car so I can have my dignity back.
