Hollard can't cancell accounts

I have two policies from Hollard that I took out when I bought cars a few years ago. Recently I wanted to cancel these policies, due to the fact that I sold these cars. They have send me from one call centre to the next, but no-one seems able to help with this.
No hard feelings if I can just get my policies cancelled please!
