Moving Backwards!!

Lodged a motor vehicle insurance claim on the 14th February 2013. As the designated Garage had a 3 month waiting period. I request a new Garage from Martin Langa whom never responded. On the 30th May 2013 I submitted a quote personally to martin as the previous one got lost in translation. Its now the 10th Of June still no repairs done to the vehicle and the Garage is still awaiting authorisation and I am still without a car. If this is standard banks service I don't feel confident at all that there staff are adequately trained to deal with my financial future. However I blame my self for putting all my eggs in one basket.
