Pathetic service

I have been banking with std bank for many years and im disappointed with the pathetic service. I have a gold cheque account for r99 pm. I was unaware that I missed a few payments, I was enever informed, only after 3 months I received a call and the connection was terrible, all I heard was something about my credit rating. They then debited my account for R1710 without my authorisation, when I went to the bank they then said everything is up to date, they told me to just call the card division to unlock my account, when I called I got a shock, they told me that I was on ITC. How is that possible? They then asked me to log a complaint ref no [34449682], I called after 3 days and got transferred to various depts. And still nothing has been resolved, I need my acc to be unlocked ASAP, I am furious and on the verge of taking this directly to the ombudsman, std bank was only supposed to debit me for R400 and took an amount of R1710, and my account Is still locked, I need feedback asap. Ref no 34449682.
