Twice now I have had problems with my account. First time my account was stuck on the debit order date for over a week, the customer service emails given on the website NEVER reply to any of my mails, the Facebook administrator was the only one willing to help me, and he/she fixed it in about 30min. now again, my debit order was not taken on the date that I set it up for, my payment that was taken does not reflect in my account and my account is still stuck on the 26th of May (the last time I logged in 10 June 2013) I reported it to the emails provided on the site weeks ago (again) and again nothing! So I went to Facebook again. I was then informed that I'm because my debit dit not go off I need to pay an extra R77 (?). And yet my account was is still stuck stating I owe R3027. But R3027 was taken from my account. I'm a regular user of Wonga, at least is was, I would have liked to continue using the services but I find them none consistent and highly inconvenient. And that's a pitty
