FNB - We do everything as a First National Bungle

This is the 2nd time FNB bungled my One Acc. 7 years ago a similar suspension of my account took place (several times) after buying my current house. The CEO compensated with a bottle of wine.
My new house is paid up and I needed to cancel the bond. This time the bungle was expanded as my substantial cash was seemingly transferred to the guy who had bought my previous property 7 years ago. 1 Account phoned me just at the moment when I discovered in a shop that my account had been suspended.
Of course, FNB does not have managers, or are not accessible - they have group leaders, like in the Boys Scouts. Just try to ask for a manager or someone with oomph, and hey presto you get a group leader with short arms,
But woe if you don't pay your dues, which you have no administrative troubles in levying.
Thanks FNB for F U* my happy, sunny Friday. You seem to be as useless as the ATM in Doringkloof, which is unusable because of the full glare of the sun shining on it the whole day. As useless as the huge Centurion branch, more suitable for dancing than for providing a banking service. My wife was going to change her buss. acc. from ABSA to you, of course, no management no luck...
