Increasing my payment limit

I phoned the FNB cell phone banking call centre on the 30th of May 2013 requesting for them to increase my payment limit. They said they can't help me with that and its in their terms & conditions. I then requested for them to send those terms of conditions that I agreed to, I'm still waiting...
