I made the call for the R400 advertising campaign, the quote was literally double what I am paying. Then it began tried to follow there online submission but not working, tried calling logged my call and said appropriate department would call me as they are too busy may take a month. Then over a month later call them again numerous calls made. Finally got someone to request my documents needed to process the claim. Sent documents, they keep requesting further documents although the documents requested are the exact needed documents. I have spent about 300 rand on phone calls for a 400 rand refund how does that work does outsurance have shares in mobile companies. BIG PEOPLE THEY TRY AND GIVE YOU THE RUN ARROUND UNTILL YOU QUIT THAT WAY THEY WIN.
