USELESS SERVICE FOR PREMIER BANKERS

Someone somewhere got my banking details and been debiting my account with different amounts each month. phoned the account department who called the debit order then transferred me to the department where i was told there is nothing you can do and then got the phone put down in my ear!!! YOUR SERVICE IS USELESS AND HORRIBLE!!! Ive been with FNB for nearly 10 years now and if there's nothing you can do about it i think it may be time to change to another bank not to mention having the phone put down in your ear!!!
