Our pool of 15 years, developed a leak around the weir. The accessor for Alexander Forbes, mentioned that due to the area that we live in, which has a high water table, movement in the weir was common. Our claim has now been rejected due to insufficient compacting. I ask you after 15 years, LACK OF COMPACTING!!! I think Alexander Forbes Insurance needs to address it ethics!!! Let this be a warning to all possible clients.
