Bought a KIA Sportage as second hand with 53 000 K

Morning to you all,

I am writing to you after several telephonic attempts to speak to the relevant people at KIA has fallen into deaf ears. I just bought a kia sportage secondhand with 53000 K on the clock and still covered by its warranty that is expiring in 2016 or at 100 000K which ever comes first. My car got stuck on the 26 May 2013 due to overheating and had to be towed to the nearest Kia in polokwane where i was told it will take about 3 weeks to have my vehicle repaired. I called (015 292 9300) the brach in polokwane seeking progress of repairs and was told the by a lady by the name of clara that they are awaiting warranty approval. Took the matter up to KIA and spoke to Sharoma Tzolov Customer Care Manager, Tel: (011) 457-0254, Email: [Email Removed] and she was very helpful when i talk to her so as she could help me get my get fixed as i was promised 3 weeks.i

Nobody talks to me at KIA. I called all relevant people that I was referred to and to be specific Clement & Brendan but none of them ever gave me a clear direction of what could be done if I am not happy. Clement told me he doesn't deal with people but instead he deals with Deale
