I was double debited by a service provider without my consent which left me without any disposable income for the rest of the month. I cannot get any assistance from the service provider or Capitec and in the meantime I have no money for my basic needs.
I cannot understand who's on my side it seems that the service providers and Capitec have an agreement to help each other and I'm left to fight for myself about my money without any support from either. Is my bank not suppose to service me?
