Great service-fast turnaround times

Just want to thank FNB and FNB Device insure for the excellent service received on a claim submitted for my damaged Samsung S3. Had excellent service from Justin Nicolaai from Smart Device depts, Rb Jacobs (the FNB guy on twitter) and mostly Simone and Charne from Device Insure. My replacement phone reached me in very quick once all documents were submitted.
Love the commitment from all of them.
